The brief
A working real-estate team needs a site that does two jobs at once: make them look established, and put real, current listings in front of buyers — not a stale gallery that's out of date the day it ships.
What I built
A concept for a clean, listing-first brokerage site with live MLS data via IDX, so the homes on the page are always the homes that are actually for sale. Search, map, and detail pages designed around how people really shop for a house.
